Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible hours)


About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media and Email Marketer to join our team and help grow our online presence and community. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content and managing email marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands the intersection of style and storytelling, and can translate brand aesthetics into compelling digital content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product highlights, and promotional announcements
  • Create eye-catching visual and written content aligned with brand voice and seasonal trends
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content and campaigns accordingly
  • Collaborate with the creative and product team to promote new launches, campaigns, and sales
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to DMs and comments as needed
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic posting

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and email marketing
  • Strong writing skills with a good eye for visuals and branding
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Later/Buffer, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite
  • Understanding of social trends, eCommerce marketing, and influencer culture
  • Comfortable with basic performance analytics and adapting content strategy accordingly
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with lifestyle or accessories brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
  • Basic graphic design and photo editing skills
