Schedule:

  • Full-time 9am to 6pm M-F
  • Australian Eastern Time Zone hours

Job Description

As a Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator, you’ll manage the financial operations of a high-growth technology platform processing hundreds of transactions daily. This role combines traditional bookkeeping expertise with modern financial technology, handling everything from payment provider integrations to complex B2B rebate structures. You’ll be essential in maintaining financial accuracy during a period of significant growth, supported by partnerships with Australia’s leading real estate groups.


Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile approximately 100 daily payment transactions
  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable including invoice generation and collections
  • Operate and maintain Xero accounting system with high attention to detail
  • Reconcile complex B2B rebate structures with multiple payment providers
  • Process refunds and handle payment-related customer inquiries
  • Generate financial reports and maintain accurate records
  • Handle accounts-related email communications professionally
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency with Xero accounting software
  • Proven experience handling high-volume financial transactions
  • Strong reconciliation and accounts receivable experience
  • Excellence in attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work Australian Eastern Time Zone hours
  • Experience with payment gateway reconciliation preferred
  • Understanding of B2B rebate structures beneficial
