Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM | Melbourne (Australian Eastern Time)

Paid hours per week: 20 hours 


Responsibilities:
  • Process data entry and manage bookkeeping tasks in Xero

  • Generate and follow up on invoices and rental payments

  • Source and obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers

  • Coordinate event planning logistics, including packaging and gift box organization

  • Handle general administrative tasks and email correspondence

  • Assist with day-to-day operational requirements

  • Support business owners with various administrative projects as needed



Requirements
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Familiarity with business email etiquette

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities

Scope:

  • Direct reporting to business owners

  • Access to business systems, including Xero and a booking platform

  • A flexible task list that may expand as the business grows

  • Collaboration with the wellness centre team
