Take ownership of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, leveraging your expertise in paid advertising, marketing automation, and funnel optimization. You'll work with cutting-edge marketing technology, including advanced AI tools and automation platforms, to drive measurable results for both B2B and ecommerce clients. This role offers significant autonomy and growth potential, allowing you to showcase your skills across multiple marketing disciplines while contributing to the agency's expansion.
1.- Ad Management on All Major Platforms**
- Set up and manage ad campaigns across **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube**
- Conduct research to craft high-performing creative angles and copy
- Monitor campaign performance, report KPIs, and optimize based on data
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce scroll-stopping video and image assets
- Launch retargeting campaigns, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies
2. CRM, Funnel, and Email Marketing Support**
- Build and manage high-converting landing pages, opt-in forms, and lead magnets using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Set up automated email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Create daily/weekly email newsletters using AI-assisted tools
- Manage appointment booking systems and client follow-up workflows
- Integrate tech tools: booking calendars, autoresponders, payment forms, Zoom, etc.
3. Organic Social & Content Marketing
- Plan, write, and schedule engaging content using a 90-day content calendar
- Use AI tools to create social media captions, carousels, and reels
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages across platforms
- Manage and grow Facebook Groups with a focus on engagement and lead gen
4. Website & Blog Management**
- Assist in creating and maintaining SEO-friendly websites/blogs
- Post weekly blogs with optimized meta tags and formatting
- Ensure all CTAs and links are functioning correctly
5. Sales Support & Client Journey Automation**
- Assist in building automated pre- and post-sales workflows
- Design application forms, booking pages, and thank-you pages
- Embed sales funnels and automate payment workflows
6. Client Experience & Growth**
- Collect, organize, and publish client testimonials
- Set up referral systems and campaigns
- Support upsells and cross-sells with tailored landing pages and offers
Requirements:
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred) or similar CRMs
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Jasper for content writing
- Proficient in Canva, Google Suite, and basic web editors (WordPress, GHL, or similar)
- Solid written English and attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset for reporting and optimization
- Basic knowledge of SEO (bonus)
