Job Overview

We’re looking for a US Social Media Content Marketing Specialist who can bring the firm's thought leadership to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic content creator who thrives on repurposing long-form content, mastering platform-specific formats, and building engaging, value-driven communities. As our Social Media Content Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing multimedia content across various platforms. You’ll work closely with the team's content (keynotes, books, webinars) to extract key insights and transform them into compelling short-form videos, infographics, and social posts that engage, educate, and convert. You’ll also manage scheduling, automation, engagement, and performance tracking, all while maintaining the firm's distinctive tone of voice: professional, results-focused, and approachable .

Job Description

As Social Media Content Marketing Specialist, part of your responsibilities will include:

Content Strategy & Creation
  • Execute the “Content Diamond” strategy by repurposing one core content piece weekly into short videos, reels, blog posts, carousels, and more.
  • Create engaging short-form video clips, infographics, quotes, and visuals using tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, Canva, OpusClip, and others.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's voice, brand, and business themes (AI, franchising, leadership, growth, etc.).
Scheduling & Automation
  • Manage a detailed content calendar to maintain consistent presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Leverage automation tools like Buffer and Make.com to streamline scheduling and publishing workflows.
  • Set up AI-assisted processes to increase content production efficiency.
Engagement & Community Management
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Actively engage with posts from prospects, associations, and industry leaders on LinkedIn to boost visibility and build relationships.
  • Customize engagement based on platform, audience, and strategic objectives.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor engagement, reach, conversions, and other key performance indicators across platforms.
  • Use data to optimize content strategy and recommend platform feature experiments or content trends to try.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights to the internal team.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Work with other internal teams to align content with marketing and business development objectives.
  • Contribute creative ideas to support audience growth, authority building, and lead generation.
Brand Alignment & Voice Consistency
  • Ensure all content reflects the company's values and niche expertise.
  • Adapt language and content to the audience (franchise execs, corporate leaders, associations, entrepreneurs).
  • Avoid generic messaging, excessive emojis, or overly technical language that dilutes the organization's expert positioning.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 3  years of relevant experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Experience working for a US-based Client/Business is required.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
    • Tools: Buffer, Canva, HeyGen, Synthesia, OpusClip, Make.com
  • Proven ability to repurpose content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining brand voice and tone across diverse content types.
  • Comfortable using performance data to guide content decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Video editing and graphic design experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how to integrate them into social strategies.
  • Experience supporting a public-facing brand, influencer, or speaker is a plus.
