This role is ideal for a strategic content creator who thrives on repurposing long-form content, mastering platform-specific formats, and building engaging, value-driven communities. As our Social Media Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing multimedia content across various platforms. You’ll work closely with the team's content (keynotes, books, webinars) to extract key insights and transform them into compelling short-form videos, infographics, and social posts that engage, educate, and convert. Job Description
As Social Media Content Marketing Specialist, part of your responsibilities will include:
Content Strategy & Creation
Execute the “Content Diamond” strategy by repurposing one core content piece weekly into short videos, reels, blog posts, carousels, and more.
Create engaging short-form video clips, infographics, quotes, and visuals using tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, Canva, OpusClip, and others.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's voice, brand, and business themes (AI, franchising, leadership, growth, etc.).
Scheduling & Automation
Manage a detailed content calendar to maintain consistent presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Leverage automation tools like Buffer and Make.com to streamline scheduling and publishing workflows.
Set up AI-assisted processes to increase content production efficiency.
Engagement & Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally to foster trust and loyalty.
Actively engage with posts from prospects, associations, and industry leaders on LinkedIn to boost visibility and build relationships.
Customize engagement based on platform, audience, and strategic objectives.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor engagement, reach, conversions, and other key performance indicators across platforms.
Use data to optimize content strategy and recommend platform feature experiments or content trends to try.
Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights to the internal team.
