Position Summary
The position is responsible for data analyses, investigation of trends, program evaluation, and potential intervention pathways across the Ryan White Part C/D Network. The analyst will also serve as Project ARK’s lead expert in Epic reporting and will be required to obtain/maintain Epic’s Clinical Data Model (Tier 5) certification. The position is also responsible for cross-team collaboration in the identification of new data questions and data analyses. This analyst will provide in-depth/statistical data analysis, assist with program evaluation, and will perform various data management and visualization activities to support quality improvement and active program management. The Statistical Data Analyst II will dynamically collaborate with quality improvement leadership to meet all expected quality improvement projects for federal funding compliance and program improvement, and identify new avenues to pursue as informed by data. This position assures that all data reporting requirements for funders are met.

This position will apply equity-driven evaluation approaches and services that help our organization make data driven decisions and communicate their impact.

This role will have experience working with persons from diverse backgrounds, along with a demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and the delivery of culturally responsive health care. Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops and analyzes databases/datasets using statistical analysis programs.
  • Audits and cleans data, conducts statistical analyses.
  • May collaborate with expert consulting statisticians to identify appropriate analytic procedures.
  • Assists researchers with interpretation of statistical test results.
  • Creates graphs, tables, charts to depict results.
  • Develops narrative descriptions of results for policy articles, journal articles and grant proposals.
  • Assists in database design.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
