Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Assistant:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Cold Outreach & Audience Building:
    • Audience Building:
      • Actively add individuals to the target audience, helping grow connections and followers across multiple platforms
    • Cold Outreach:
      • Send introductory messages to potential leads, introducing the client’s offerings
      • Send pitch overviews to qualify and engage potential clients
    • Platforms:
      • Instagram: Handle cold outreach on Instagram (22k followers).
      • LinkedIn: Manage cold outreach on LinkedIn (3,000 connections).
      • TikTok, YouTube, X: Use Flowchat for outreach on additional platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and X.
      • Sales Navigator: Open to upgrading to Sales Navigator to increase outreach capabilities.

  • Messenger Triage & Discovery:
    • Ask strategic questions to determine basic qualifications for potential leads. The client will provide the qualification criteria
    • Ensure initial engagement aligns with the client’s goals for effective qualification

  • Booking Calls:
    • Schedule calls for three sales reps, manually adding prospects to the appropriate sales reps' calendars
    • If there is no reply or available time slots, provide prospects with a booking page so they can select a time on their own

  • Flowchat Management:
    • Build and manage opportunity pipelines within Flowchat.
    • Manage cold outreach activities through Flowchat across all relevant channels.
    • Stay on top of all contacts, ensuring timely follow-up to nurture and move leads through the pipeline.
    • If unfamiliar with any features, proactively seek solutions by contacting Flowchat support or reviewing available tutorials to ensure efficient use of the platform

  • Ongoing Learning and Development:
    • Use downtime to familiarize oneself with Flowchat, improve outreach strategies, and master messaging sequencing and follow-up tactics
    • Demonstrate a willingness to enhance cold outreach skills and improve overall performance

  • Content Posting (Nice-to-Have):
    • Post pre-created content across all platforms as part of the outreach efforts.
      • Note: Content creation is handled by another team member..

  • Additional Responsibilities (Growth Area):
    • Follow up with ‘dead’ leads through GoHighLevel, re-engaging older prospects through text and email

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Consistently meet daily outreach targets across LinkedIn and Instagram, engaging with a set number of leads each day
    • Successfully close 5+ deals per month as a result of outreach efforts
