Job description

What success looks like in this role:

  • Opportunity to reshape and build the CDE organization’s structure and standardize the CDE role for the company. 
  • Collaborates with Executive Leadership to define the long-term strategy, goals and initiatives to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
  • Works with GTM, business unit delivery and solution management, and workforce management leaders to develop and implement delivery and workforce strategies that align with company business objectives and client needs.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with C-level executives from key clients, acting as trusted advisor to ensure long-term partnership and business growth.
  • Oversees business financial performance, driving efficiency and cost control initiatives to deliver margin improvement while maintaining client satisfaction for Unisys businesses with $1.3B in total revenue. 
  • Build, lead and mentor a team of 150 plus Client Delivery Executives (CDE) globally.
    Prioritize the team’s objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
  • Optimizes team performance through resource planning, talent development and acquisition, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversees risk management across delivery teams, ensuring proactive risk identification and development of effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensures and/or facilitates effective and value-added communication between internal stakeholders, clients and external partners, addressing and resolving issues and challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers and represent the company at industry events, conferences,
    and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • BA/BS degree and depth of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Proven track record in leadership experience within the IT Services industry including significant experience managing financials, reducing cost structure and increasing margins and profitability
  • CDE management background and experience
  • A track record of excelling in a matrix organization with demonstrated experience of collaboration across all levels of the organization to deliver success.
