We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team and play a key role in impacting business growth through data-driven insights.

You'll have a direct impact on shaping the company's success by collaborating with key leaders across the organization, supporting, challenging, and guiding various business stakeholders in data-driven decisions that directly impact growth and strategy. This position is located in Germany and can be based in any city.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Cooperating with stakeholders across teams to drive high-impact projects and support both strategic and day-to-day decision-making, enjoying a high level of internal visibility and directly influencing key company initiatives
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities and guiding decisions on how we run our services
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards related to site and company management, from the underlying data models to the visuals

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

  • Work experience in a similar role – 2–4 years in a position such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar, where you worked closely with key leaders and drove decisions through hands-on analysis in business, growth, strategy, operations, product, or similar, that directly impacted growth and strategy
  • Very strong SQL skills
  • Strong ability to understand business needs and operations quickly to provide insights for informed, impactful decision-making
  • A quantitative mindset with a sharp focus on solving problems through data analysis
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset
  • Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment

Beneficial:

  • Experience with Python or R
  • Previous experience with data transformation and BI tools, such as dbt, Databricks, Tableau, and/or Metabase
