Opportunity

We seek a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales teams by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective clients. This role is critical in fueling our sales pipeline by building targeted lead lists, executing outreach campaigns, and helping ensure high-quality leads are passed to the Business Development team or Account Executives.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Conduct research to identify and build lists of potential prospects based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPS).
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay ,Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc, to extract relevant data (email, phone, company info).
  • Use Google Sheets extensively for organizing, cleaning, deduplicating, and analyzing lead data.
  • Prior use of CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-quality outreach.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and AEs to align lead generation efforts with sales priorities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and lead quality metrics.
  • Continuously optimise processes and tooling for efficient lead generation.
  • Knowledge of enrichment APIs, scraping, or intent signal tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

What We're Looking For

  • The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in lead generation or outbound research in a B2B environment and should be willing to work in the US shift.
