Job Description

Responsible for the development and execution of firm strategies and tactics in assigned territory/customers, as well as the achievement and accountability of assigned sales and performance execution goals.

Responsibilities

Customer management skills

  • Sales skills to manage assigned districts and customers.
  • Skills to persistently pursue and achieve goals.
  • Analytical and logical thinking skills to develop effective strategies for assigned territories and customers and review them as appropriate.
  • Skill to formulate and execute effective sales promotion plans.
  • Interactive communication skills to accurately identify customer needs and requirements, respond quickly, and propose solutions.
  • Reliable presentation skills (in Japanese) to engage the audience, ensure full understanding of content, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Negotiation skills to close deals that produce mutually beneficial results for both our company and our customers.
  • Post-sales processes and requirements that are in place and implemented without omission.
  • Customer relationship building skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills with external parties (distributor sales, etc.)
  • Skills to gather accurate and timely market information from customers and market participants.
