Job Title: Remote Senior Acquisitions & Asset Management (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America | Travel: 25% (primarily to the U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $4,000 USD/month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time

Job Overview:

Our client is a U.S.-based private equity real estate firm specializing in multifamily investments, focusing on value-add and opportunistic acquisitions. Their portfolio includes assets across key U.S. markets, and they are expanding the team to strengthen their acquisitions and asset management capabilities.

They operate in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment with team members across the U.S. and globally. We are seeking an experienced real estate professional who thrives in a dynamic, remote, and cross-border team setting while leading acquisitions and asset management initiatives.


The Senior Acquisitions & Asset Management Professional will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing multifamily real estate investments across U.S. markets. This individual will drive deal execution and portfolio performance while coordinating with remote teams, partners, and on-the-ground stakeholders. This role requires 25% travel to the U.S. for market visits, due diligence, and investor relations.


Responsibilities:

  • Acquisitions & Investment Analysis:
  • Source, evaluate, and structure multifamily real estate investments across target U.S. markets.
  • Conduct financial modeling, underwriting, and risk assessment for new acquisitions.
  • Lead the due diligence process, including site visits, market research, and feasibility studies.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, financing structures, and joint venture terms.
  • Asset Management & Portfolio Optimization:
  • Oversee and enhance the performance of existing multifamily assets, ensuring optimal NOI growth and value creation.
  • Develop and execute business plans for assets, including repositioning strategies, leasing plans, and capital improvements.
  • Monitor financial performance, market conditions, and operational KPIs.
  • Work closely with U.S. property management teams to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Collaboration & Market Intelligence:
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, lenders, and investment partners in the U.S. multifamily sector.
  • Leverage insights into market trends, economic conditions, and capital markets to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Work effectively within a global, remote-first team, ensuring seamless communication across time zones and geographies.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • 10+ years of experience in private equity real estate, with a focus on multifamily acquisitions and asset management.
  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based real estate firms, with a strong understanding of U.S. multifamily markets, transaction structures, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% to the U.S. for site visits, deal execution, and investor meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with U.S. and global teams.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting (Excel, ARGUS, or similar tools).
  • Track record of executing multifamily transactions and managing institutional-grade assets.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
