Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Service Delivery team.

This hybrid role combines strong front-end development skills with a solid understanding of UI design principles and delivery implementation processes.

The ideal candidate will have a good command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, familiarity with UI design principles, experience using no-code platforms, and a curious, problem-solving mindset. Basic technical support skills are also valued.

This is an on-demand, remote contractor position—ideal for students or freelancers—as it requires schedule flexibility to collaborate with international teams across different time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and high-quality implementation.
  • Create prototypes and final UI designs that align with usability standards and business goals.
  • Manage the project delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate provision of client data.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to understand and fulfill client data requirements.
  • Execute project delivery tasks, following predefined processes, reviewing scripts, and handling basic configurations.
  • Identify and resolve minor issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Document project delivery processes to maintain comprehensive records and ensure process optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in UI design.
  • Solid knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello.
  • Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow defined processes.
  • Quality Assurance mindset to ensure the accuracy of deliveries.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills for handling evolving responsibilities in a hybrid role.
  • Schedule flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with cloud storage platforms like AWS S3.
  • Experience with no-code platforms for building UI/Delivery.
  • Previous exposure to technical support in a delivery-focused role.
