The Director - Client Accounts at Argano is responsible for the strategic oversight and expansion of client accounts. This executive role focuses on developing long-term relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This Director role involves high-level client interactions and managing a portfolio of high-value accounts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive client account strategies.
Align client account plans with Argano's business objectives.
Establish and nurture relationships with senior client executives.
Lead client presentations and negotiations to secure new business.
Drive revenue growth through effective account management and expansion strategies.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Lead and mentor a team of senior account managers.
Ensure team alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Track account performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
Report on account status and revenue projections to senior leadership.
Minimum And/Or Preferred Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, expected.
MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD preferred.
Experience
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue management.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver revenue growth.
Experience in the business and technology services industry is preferred.
