About Us:

Inizio Evoke Comms is a global, award-winning health communications agency that partners with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, consumer, and non-profit clients. We deliver insights-driven public relations campaigns, policy programs, and initiatives that advance health and wellbeing around the world.

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will develop new ideas and designs that creatively deliver the clients’ strategies and build on their visual tones. Typically, the Senior Graphic Designer: 

• Serves as day-to-day creative lead for account teams 
• Typically has 5-8 years’ relevant experience 
• Manages assigned projects independently with assistance of junior team members and freelance help as needed 
• Actively participates in new business efforts, whether growing current business or helping to secure new clients 

This is a remote role that reports to the Associate Creative Director.

You Will:

• Ensure accuracy of all projects: delivering on not just what is asked but offering alternative solutions as well 
• Responsible for maintaining version control through lifecycle of project 
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and client’s preferences 
• Participate in brainstorms for both tactics and ideation 
• Proactively seeks opportunities to better understand industry / client space 
• Aid in the development of new business materials (concept execution and tactical rollouts) as appropriate 
• Demonstrates flexibility in working across teams, with an ability to adapt to project needs, and different working styles

You Have:

• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects 
• Can work proficiently in Adobe Acrobat, PPT, and Word
• Premier Pro, Figma (nice to have’s but not required)
• Experience executing high quality work for numerous accounts with tight deadlines
• Autonomous and self-efficient, but a great collaborator as well
• Strong typography and copy-fitting skills
• Ability to do photo manipulation, including using AI
• Innate world curiosity, actively keeping in tune with popular culture, trends, brands and technologies
