About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Product Designer to join our dynamic Growth team. If you're passionate about using design to directly impact business metrics, love running experiments, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. You'll be at the forefront of our optimization efforts, designing experiences that drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

What you will do

Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth, Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for optimization across the user journey.
Design user interfaces, prototypes, and user flows for A/B tests and multivariate experiments aimed at improving key conversion funnels.
Rapidly iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, and testing results.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior through analytics, user research, and usability testing.
Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into testable design hypotheses.
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for various platforms (web, mobile).
Ensure design consistency and coherence across experiments while adhering to brand guidelines.
Contribute to the team's experimentation strategy and roadmap.
Clearly articulate design decisions and experiment rationale to stakeholders.

What you will need
