Requirements

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise in ServiceNow and proven leadership capabilities to drive high-quality project outcomes and ensure alignment with client goals.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role with demonstrated project success.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.).

- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP integrations, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools like Jira.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities


- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers in delivering complex solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

- Architect and design scalable ServiceNow implementations tailored to client business needs.

- Drive end-to-end development lifecycle: requirements gathering, system configuration, custom development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Establish development best practices and ensure code quality via reviews and performance testing.

- Ensure compliance and security standards within the platform.

- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
