This highly commercial role is to be the senior leader in charge of revenue operations for the Nordhealth group. Reporting to the Group CFO, and working closely with growth leaders in the Nordhealth business units (BUs), the Head of Revenue Operations will aim to support the long-term growth of Nordhealth. You will help maximise revenue by providing data-driven insights, implementing scalable technology solutions, and improving the ways of working across all of the go-to-market (GTM) teams. ðŸš€


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Senior RevOps leader supporting the business unit CEOs, and the senior GTM leaders at Nordhealth.

  • Provide valuable reporting and insight throughout the lifecycle of clients, from new-lead all the way to closed-won, and then in-life.

  • Prepare full-funnel forecasts for sales and marketing leadership.

  • Understand churn-drivers and help predict at-risk client churn.

  • Evaluate the performance of sales, marketing, and customer success, and guide decision-making with insights into what is working well, and not.

  • Optimise processes, and influence ways-of-working in sales, marketing, and customer success, to increase performance.

  • Own the GTM tech-stack, selecting & integrating the right tools, and ensuring the tools are being used well.

  • Support in key GTM projects inc. target-setting & commissions, and pricing.

  • Own the upstream billing processes, including: Structuring/centralising of client commercial data, and integration with downstream billing tools/processes.

  • Develop a strategy/vision for the Rev Ops team & function. Gain buy-in from senior management, and implement.

  • Other duties that can be reasonably requested by the Group CFO, BU CEOs, or GTM leaders.

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global fast-paced SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

  • High level of experience in revenue operations.

  • Strong sense of what ‘good’ looks like, and how to get there.

  • Strong at relationship building and influencing stakeholders.

  • Being hands-on.

  • Being highly analytical.

  • Being technically savvy.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of Hubspot would be helpful.
