Insurity’s Next Quality Analyst

 

Our Quality Analyst will join the Professional Services team at Insurity where they will work to support our Sure Submission Gateway product.

 

They will be responsible for ensuring that all changes made by our configuration and data analyst teams meet the requirements of the task and are free of errors. This includes day-to-day support work as well as new product implementations.

 

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Quality Analyst with a background in testing rate-quote-bind-endorse workflows. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to document test results are a must for this position.

 

What Our Quality Analyst Will Do

  • Plan, design and execute test cases to validate implementations of Insurity's Sure Submission Gateway application.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and business requirements
  • Evaluate business requirements and specifications for clarity, completeness, and testability.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and report on test execution results including non-conformance to spec, regression break, design issues and/or performance issues.
  • Create concise, information-rich test execution and process documentation including testing artifacts.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
  • Self-starter and quick learner
  • Experience testing insurance applications, including Sure Submission Gateway (fka VMGA)
  • Knowledge of backend testing (web services, interfaces, system integration, databases)
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $50,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
