About the Role:

We are seeking a HANA Admin (L3 level) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to administer, optimize, and support SAP HANA environments—both on-prem and in the cloud. You’ll play a key role in performance tuning, automation, security management, and lifecycle operations in a multi-layered, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Administer and manage SAP HANA databases (Cloud/On-Prem) with a deep understanding of its architecture.
Work with SDI/SDA technologies and scripting languages to enable automation and modeling.
Optimize SQL performance and database operations.
Manage user and role-based access in HANA and other SAP systems.
Support transport mechanisms and code lifecycle in multi-tier environments.
Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Drive continuous improvements and contribute to best practices.

What You Bring:

4+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in SAP HANA administration or development.
Expertise in HANA architecture, data modeling, SDI/SDA, and database tuning.
Proficient in scripting, automation tools, and performance optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience in user and role management within SAP environments.
Strong understanding of transport and code lifecycle processes.
A flexible, proactive mindset with a willingness to work across technologies and platforms.
Clear and effective communication and excellent documentation skills.
A collaborative spirit and a desire to share knowledge and uplift the team.

Nice to Have:

Experience administering any ETL tools or technologies.
Familiarity with SAP BTP concepts.
