Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contractor) to join our People Team. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company. You’ll hire into and work with teams including Technology, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations. You’ll be responsible for everything end-to-end here, including the admin elements of getting people in the door.
How You’ll Spend Your Time at Tovala:Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, etc.Hiring Partnership: Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers by understanding their team needs, roles, and ideal profiles. We’re looking for a true partner to help our teams grow!Sourcing Strategy: Use creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates, particularly in hard-to-fill roles in addition to review and assess inbound applications.Candidate Experience: Provide a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the process! You’re the first person every candidate will speak with and reflect Tovala’s values and culture.About You:You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth start-up or tech environments.You’re comfortable recruiting across multiple teams and levels, including technology, operations, marketing, and product.You’re a trusted partner who can quickly develop relationships with hiring managers and guide hiring decisions.You are very organized, move quickly, and can work proactively and independently.
