Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Project Manager – Data Inventory for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Finalize the project roadmap and onboarding of a new sensitive data scanning tool and lead the transition to BAU post implementation.
Lead project planning to sunset, or offboard an existing tool. This will require engagement across multiple lines of business and teams within the organization.
Work up, down, and across the organization, including influencing without direct authority.
Engage with key stakeholders, including Corporate Information Security (CIS), Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), and Enterprise Data & Analytics Services (EDAS), and others to plan the sunsetting of the outgoing tool.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in both MS Project and Jira
Strong organizational and program management skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity while driving progress forward.
Ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to manage project scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Identifies, tracks, escalates, and resolves issue conflicts, performs impact analysis and prioritization
Manages dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across the project team
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance standards.
PMP certification preferred
Experience with technology or a data project preferred.
