Position Summary
Customer is is looking for a seasoned Infrastructure & Cloud Program Manager to lead and orchestrate a portfolio of high-impact IT modernization initiatives — including the Dell APEX Backup & Disaster Recovery rollout, SharePoint Online migration, and supporting infrastructure transformation projects.
This role is not a coordinator — it requires a hands-on cloud and infrastructure subject matter expert (SME) with a strong consulting mindset, who can serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and a bridge between technical delivery teams and business leadership. This role will manage multiple remote vendor teams, own timelines and risk, and guide stakeholders through complex decisions in a fast-moving, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Portfolio Leadership

Lead planning and execution for:

Dell APEX Backup & DR implementation (pilot + scale)
Legacy file share migration to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, cloud, and modern file servers
Additional infrastructure and compliance projects (e.g., IAM, conditional access, monitoring)

Infrastructure & Cloud SME Guidance

Provide architecture-level oversight and validate alignment with AWS GovCloud, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Dell APEX backup strategies.
Act as a sounding board for engineering teams and translator for business stakeholders.
Review technical design decisions, risks, and trade-offs across infrastructure components.

Trusted Advisor & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the strategic liaison between Customer leadership, vendors , and internal IT teams.
Present clear, outcome-driven updates to executive stakeholders.
Guide compliance-aligned decision-making (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, ITAR).

Project Execution

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, integrated roadmaps, and milestone dashboards.
Lead cross-functional remote teams to ensure timely, secure, and scalable delivery.
Oversee pilot validation, RTO/RPO testing, change control, and post-deployment transition planning.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT project and program management/lead experience, with at least 5 years in cloud/infrastructure delivery.
Deep knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments — especially AWS (GovCloud), Azure AD, M365, Dell APEX, and enterprise backup solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise-scale programs.
Experience with file migrations, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and data classification/governance.
Strong command of compliance frameworks: FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA, ITAR, ISO 27001.
Exceptional consulting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills — must be able to distill complexity for non-technical executives.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Experience working with remote/offshore vendors and managed service providers.
Familiarity with MSP360, AWS DataSync, Azure Data Factory, IAM, and SIEM tooling.
