Our client is a UK-based cybersecurity innovator dedicated to simplifying and strengthening digital protection for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and managed service providers (MSPs).

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing customer compliance-related inquiries, supporting the delivery of Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessments, and contributing to the development of customer-facing documentation. https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/cyberessentials/overview

Schedule will be 8 AM - 4 PM UK shift ( 3 PM - 11 PM PHT)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and manage customer compliance-related queries through our ticketing system.
  • Provide support to our assessors in the delivery of Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessments.
  • Ensure tickets are triaged, updated, and resolved in line with SLAs.
  • Assist with drafting customer-facing documentation and FAQs.
  • Help customers understand requirements and next steps in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support internal compliance initiatives and process improvements.
