We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT or enterprise software solutions, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you will enhance and accelerate Enterprise Health sales growth by serving as a dedicated sales solution resource who can assist the sales team with discovery, demos, presentations, SOWs, and other aspects of the sales cycle. You will also help ensure deployment projects are scoped and quoted to align with delivery resources and capabilities.

Sales Collaboration & Discovery
Partner with the sales team on discovery to translate business challenges into requirements
Strategically position Enterprise Health as a solution provider to address identified challenges
Demo Development & Delivery
Tailor and deliver product demos based on discovery findings
Maintain and enhance demo environments specific to various industries
Highlight key features that align with prospect/client challenges
Post-Demo Support
Develop customized sandbox environments for prospects and clients
Lead sandbox touchpoints to address functionality questions and progress the sales cycle
RFI/RFP/RFQ Participation
Assist with the completion of proposals and formal information requests
Customer Success & Product Collaboration
Act as a liaison between the sales and customer success teams
Confirm scope alignment on non-standard configurations
Manage handoffs to ensure full understanding of project requirements
Professional Services Positioning
Collaborate with the VP of Sales Engineering to promote services offerings
Event & Conference Participation
Represent Enterprise Health through demos and client interactions at trade shows
Project Scoping & SOW Development
Assist in converting solution possibilities into scoped, budgeted Statements of Work
Training & Enablement
Support training for new sales hires and ongoing learning programs
Mentor additional solution consultant resources as the team grows
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in enterprise software, healthcare IT, or consulting
Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, solution-oriented mindset, experience with demos and technical environments, ability to collaborate across departments
Experience with EMR/EHR systems or healthcare software
Familiarity with professional services scoping and SOW development
Experience using or managing CRM and demo environment platforms
