As a Salesforce Integration Lead, you will play a key role in leading the integration and development efforts on the Salesforce Core Platform for Santander Bank. This is a highly visible and strategic role that involves building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical Salesforce expertise and act as a subject matter expert, contributing to the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs.
You will be expected to:
Make effective use of Flows, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce technologies to deliver robust solutions.
Apply enterprise design patterns to develop scalable custom code.
Support the Tech Lead in enforcing best practices and providing guidance to junior developers through mentorship and code reviews.
Refine and translate technical user stories into implementable solutions.
Suggest and implement enhancements to the development workflow.
Develop high-performing, multi-tenant applications leveraging the latest Salesforce frameworks.
Contribute to overall team success with a collaborative and proactive attitude in client interactions.

Requirements
Proven, extensive experience in Salesforce Development (7+ years preferred).
Strong command of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices for performance optimization.
Skilled in integrating Salesforce using SOAP, REST, Streaming APIs, and Metadata APIs.
Experience designing solutions for large, active user bases in multi-tenant environments.
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable and secure solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
