WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE    

JDE Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) and other enterprise applications. This role analyzes business requirements, develops integration solutions, and ensures seamless data exchange across systems. The role also requires working closely with cross-functional teams, System Analysts troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring integrity between the systems

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR   

  • Create and maintain integrations between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and external applications using tools like JDE Orchestrator, BSSV, Business Functions (BSFN), EDI, Z-File processing, and Oracle SOA Suite
  • Work with third-party middleware tools (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Magic xpi) to facilitate real-time and batch data exchanges.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance of connected systems.
  • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other developers to gather requirements and implement effective integration solutions.
  • Continuously improve JDE integration processes for better performance, security, and scalability.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and ensure compliance with IT security and governance policies.
  • Provide technical expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne tools such as OMW, NER, FDA, UDO, and RDA.
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
  • Provide status updates and manage risks or issues
  • Participate in hands-on development activities such as coding, debugging, and testing custom applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within JD Edwards environments.
  • Provide ongoing support for JDE applications, including upgrades and patching.
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and optimal performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, change control processes, and audit requirements 
  • Write and maintain documentation for application and Integration development 
  • Adhere to corporate security and privacy policies (best practice, SOX, etc.).

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the areas outlined above
  • Experience supporting end users
  • Experience with consumer product goods preferred

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in JDE EnterpriseOne integration development.
  • Strong proficiency in JDE Orchestrator, BSSV, Business Functions, Table Conversions, Z-File processing
  • Experience working with third-party middleware tools (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite MuleSoft, Boomi, Magic xpi) and XML/JSON data formats
  • Knowledge of SQL, JDE Tables, and JDE Data Structures.
  • Experience with UBE, and Reports development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues efficiently.
  • Good understanding of ERP and business process workflows.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Associate degree or above preferred

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST during weekdays
  • Off hours & weekend on-call support as needed
