Job Description

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for tourism businesses looking to transform their digital presence. Working with warm leads from targeted advertising campaigns, you’ll qualify potential clients and set appointments for our closing team. Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads from digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct initial qualification calls with business owners and decision-makers

  • Schedule qualified appointments with the closing team
  • Manage follow-up communication with warm leads
  • Document all interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Achieve monthly qualified appointment targets
  • Coordinate effectively with the sales team on lead handover
  • Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews
Requirements
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or similar role
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Available to work consistent 4-hour blocks during European business hours
  • Professional phone manner and strong listening skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
