Job Description

As the Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Social Media Marketing
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content tailored to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram audiences.
  • Highlight brand values, unique training programs, success stories, and educational content.
  • Collaborate with partners on content creation and campaigns, including joint webinars and promotions.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on performance insights.
EDM Campaigns & Email Marketing
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align email campaigns with client needs and sales initiatives.
  • Write, design, and send value-driven EDMs promoting courses, services, and offers.
  • Track performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and report outcomes to refine future campaigns.
Newsletter Strategy
  • Create segmented newsletters for current and prospective clients with targeted, engaging content.
  • Include educational resources, course updates, industry news, and exclusive offers.
  • Encourage interaction through polls, feedback prompts, and clear calls to action.
Product Launches & PD Campaigns
  • Develop teaser content and launch campaigns for new courses and professional development offerings.
  • Use real client outcomes, trainer insights, and benefit-driven messaging across channels.
  • Track performance and gather feedback to improve future releases.
General Marketing Coordination
  • Manage a quarterly content calendar that aligns with business priorities and promotional cycles.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage client communications, internal content requests, and weekly reporting.
  • Produce a mix of static imagery, video, and animated content for campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Digital Marketing and Communications professional.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in:
    • HubSpot
    • All major social media platforms
    • Video editing software
  • Ability to manage campaign calendars, content pipelines, and internal communication requests.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and act on data insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the education, training, or RTO sector.
  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of compliance in education marketing.
