The Country Leader Role

We’re looking for a Country Leader with deep knowledge of the orthodontic space in Italy, strong commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to grow our presence across the country.

You’ll be responsible for leading our sales and marketing strategy locally, building long-term customer partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.

  • Develop and implement local sales & marketing strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders: practices, DSOs, KOLs, universities, and health authorities
  • Act as the go-to expert for the Italian market, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Lead the full customer journey: from prospecting to onboarding and long-term engagement
  • Collaborate with local Account Executives & Implementation Specialists, and support global strategic initiatives
  • Represent DentalMonitoring at local events, conferences, and with health partners
  • Ensure alignment with corporate guidelines on training, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Travel across the territory up to 70% of the time

Reporting to: Regional MED Manager

You will be successful in this role if you have/are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years in a leadership, commercial or sales role, ideally in medical devices, dental, or healthcare
  • Deep understanding of the orthodontic industry in Italy
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to manage budgets and targets
  • Driving license and willingness to travel frequently
