Proven experience as a POD lead or in a similar leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in both front-end and backend development.

Your day-to-day in this position

Act as the first line guardian of the developed code to make sure no hidden failures exist within the code, the delivered features, and solutions.
Close work with the CTO and other key stakeholders and participate in discussions and important meetings on a regular basis.
Play a pivotal role in the design and technical architecture of our games solutions.
Ensure that the developed features meet the needs of the product requirements.
Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
Maintain and develop a high standard of quality for all deliverables. Implement best practices for testing, code reviews, and documentation.
Grow and develop the team's proficiency in technologies and create responsive and user-friendly games.
Be able to work with multiple teams and drive close collaboration with the developers on a daily basis.
Be a key member of the daily meetings and the overall status of the teams.
Work closely with the development team and assist with removing obstacles.
