  • At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience as a POD lead or in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both front-end and backend development.
  • Expertise in architecting and scaling large-scale, microservices-based platforms.
  • Experience with data pipeline design and development.
  • Proven ability to create robust, secure, and scalable games.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Level of spoken English: at least an upper-intermediate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Act as the first line guardian of the developed code to make sure no hidden failures exist within the code, the delivered features, and solutions.
  • Close work with the CTO and other key stakeholders and participate in discussions and important meetings on a regular basis.
  • Play a pivotal role in the design and technical architecture of our games solutions.
  • Ensure that the developed features meet the needs of the product requirements.
  • Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
  • Maintain and develop a high standard of quality for all deliverables. Implement best practices for testing, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Grow and develop the team's proficiency in technologies and create responsive and user-friendly games.
  • Be able to work with multiple teams and drive close collaboration with the developers on a daily basis.
  • Be a key member of the daily meetings and the overall status of the teams.
  • Work closely with the development team and assist with removing obstacles.
