Description:

  • Collect, prepare, and import data into database to analyze claims, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Create visual representations of data, such as dashboards and reports, to communicate findings effectively to internal and external clients.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis.
  • Proficient with Excel, Power BI, data analysis tools, databases, and SQL.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create and maintain documentation that includes design, requirements, and user manuals for the internal processes.
  • Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving processes for efficiency.
  • Work directly with clients to understand the individual analytic and database needs.
  • Provide demonstration and training for Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to internal and external clients.
  • Manage RMIS implementation and provide client support including creating and troubleshooting custom forms, fields, reports and dashboards.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $76,200 to $142,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
