Collect, prepare, and import data into database to analyze claims, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Create visual representations of data, such as dashboards and reports, to communicate findings effectively to internal and external clients.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis.
Proficient with Excel, Power BI, data analysis tools, databases, and SQL.
Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Create and maintain documentation that includes design, requirements, and user manuals for the internal processes.
Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving processes for efficiency.
Work directly with clients to understand the individual analytic and database needs.
Provide demonstration and training for Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to internal and external clients.
Manage RMIS implementation and provide client support including creating and troubleshooting custom forms, fields, reports and dashboards.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $76,200 to $142,100.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
