Sales Resourcing Specialist
The Sales Resourcing Specialist (SRS) is responsible primarily, though not exclusively, for the hiring of
sales merchandisers for their perspective sales region. Areas of focus will include partnering with the sales recruiters to ensure recruiters have a full understanding of the needs of the position- such as working hours, geographical territory for which the role will merchandise, job requirements, job duties and qualifications. This role will ensure that vacancies are prioritized according to revenue impact to ensure critical staffing levels are maintained to deliver against the needs of the business. This role will then interview potential candidates, extend offers and close candidates on behalf of retail merchandising supervisors/ hiring managers. This position reports directly into the Sales Region Vice President (RVP) and plays a critical role in ensuring staffing levels are optimized and maintained while helping to support a more efficient and effective hiring process.
Qualifications
Collaborate and partner with Mondelēz International Business Services in the recruitment for Sales Service Representative positions for the sales region.
Identify hard to fill areas and collaborate in finding recruitment solutions specific to difficult geographies.
Manage open positions for the region to ensure positions are valid needs and to prevent recruitment waste.
Update the RVP and Human Resources on the region recruitment status and any potential risk areas (High turnover teams, highest open position teams, identify competitive areas).
Interview Potential candidates, extend offers and close candidates on behalf of the hiring manager.
What can you expect from us?
The base salary range for this position is $68,640 to $84,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

Who is a good fit?
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.
High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
Previous Retail / Grocery experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities
Strong interpersonal, listening and assessment skills.
Strong follow-through and prioritization skills.
Initiative, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency are essential.
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks/projects while delivering results and meeting deadlines. Timing management skills are critical.

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Internet and Cellular/Wireless devices)
