Job description

We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Performance Copywriter to become part our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

As our Performance Copywriter, you'll interpret audience data to craft compelling narratives in collaboration with a Performance Designer and the Marketing Team. This role demands intentional iteration, a testing mindset, and keen attention to detail. Beyond performance marketing, you'll support the Creative Team to expand any expression of the Feeld Brand—both online and offline.

Marrying creativity with performance—delivering ads that not only sound great but also drive conversions, the ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and naturally curious, eager to champion Feeld's vibrant and diverse communities.

What you will do:
  • Write and edit performance-oriented content across Meta advertising, CRM, Product, and all other applicable channels, effectively communicating Feeld’s value propositions and unique differences.
  • Create compelling messaging that bridges the product, the brand, the lived experiences of our audiences, and cultural relevancy.
  • Work in close creative collaboration with Design partner.
  • Identify, pitch, and execute strategic opportunities to test new messages for our audiences.
  • Support campaign production by generating creative solutions to evolve existing brand work to performance-focused channels.
  • Track content performance, edit, review and optimize existing copy, and identify new content opportunities.
  • Craft the right messaging by thoroughly understanding our products and Members' journeys.
  • Educate, inspire, and intrigue our target audiences.
  • Adhere to Feeld’s brand guidelines and apply Feeld’s tone of voice.
  • Participate in an environment of constant experimentation and learning. Research and contribute creative ideas to support key initiatives and KPIs.

  • Ability to react to cultural changes in the wider context surrounding the brand in an appropriate and sensitive manner.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Thrives working in close collaboration with Designers.
  • Ability to work autonomously, asynchronously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and juggle a variety of writing demands.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships and create a team atmosphere with internal staff while achieving key objectives.

Estimated compensation for this role:

  • The total cash compensation for this role is dependent on Level and Step, as well as geographic location, but we estimate that the competitive market compensation for this role is between £60,000 - £75,000 GBP based on the requirements listed in this job description.
Our interview process:
  • Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
  • Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
  • The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
  • Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
  • We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
  • Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
