We seek a Service Manager Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Proven experience in supplier/vendor management, including governance and performance monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of the incident management lifecycle, including response, recovery, and learning phases.
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving software or service incidents in large-scale industries, preferably within financial services.
- Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
- Understanding of banking industry technologies, with a focus on customer communication systems.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing third-party changes and ensuring minimal service disruption.
