Greenlight is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (TV/Linear/Streaming, and OOH) to lead performance marketing across digital media channels. In this role, you will focus on scaling our business through continued evolution and improvement of our paid marketing efforts. You should have hands-on experience managing, planning, launching and optimizing customer acquisition programs to drive sustainable growth at scale.
This role reports to the Director of TV and OOH, Growth Marketing.
Your day-to-day:Define and execute initiatives to drive results on TV and OOH while monitoring and reporting on results and opportunities for improvementsOwn your own test-and-learn agenda inclusive of planning and cross-functional resource prioritization Own the TV Creative agenda to drive efficiency, brand, and scale metricsManage multi-million dollar OOH and TV budget to meet growth and efficiency goals Collaborate with leadership on strategy to drive customer acquisition and brand value, including creative, measurement, and media buying Collaborate with Paid Growth, Creative, Brand, Analytics, and Product to create and measure powerful marketing campaigns that increase our awareness AND drive measurable new customer acquisitionMentor and in the future manage junior team membersWhat you’ll bring to the team:5+ years of multi-channel OOH and TV acquisition marketing experience at a high-growth consumer tech company. In-house preferred. Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.
The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $120,000- 155,000
The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $120,000- 145,000
