This role is key in implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise content management and automation platforms. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support client software solutions, including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
Develop and run test plans, scripts, and project documentation.
Participate in discovery sessions and influence solutions based on industry best practices.
Function as a team member, taking direction from senior-level consultants, as well as maintain a working knowledge to mentor others.
Maintain accurate reporting of assignments and project activities, including resources, assignments, scope, activities, issues and time worked.

What We’re Looking For
Required:

Reside in the Washington D.C. area, including Maryland or Virginia.
2-5 years of system administration experience or a BA/BS in Information Systems
2+ years of experience with Hyland OnBase
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Windows OS, and Office Suite
Familiarity with server/client infrastructure, web servers, databases, and imaging software
Willingness to travel ~25% to customer sites in the DC area

Preferred:

Other experience with Hyland Suite or tools like ABBYY FlexiCapture/Vantage
Basic coding knowledge (HTML, VBScript, or JavaScript)
Background in direct client support, including software deployment and troubleshooting
Experience installing and maintaining enterprise software environments
Approved Federal security clearance
