Job description

This is a remote position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Appointment Setter

Scope:

    • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Bonita Springs, FL time with an hour unpaid break
    • Remote work using virtual phone system and CRM
    • Primary focus on appointment setting and lead management
    • Coverage during U.S. business hours
    • Performance-based bonus opportunities available
    • Initial 90-day evaluation period
    • Reports directly to clinic management

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and text messages from TV ad and newspaper insert responses
  • Follow up with existing leads in the High Level CRM system
  • Process initial patient intake including contact information and symptom details
  • Follow established scripts for gathering medical history and symptom information
  • Schedule appointments using the clinic’s booking system
  • Send follow-up communications including directions and paperwork
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all patient interactions
  • Coordinate with in-office staff regarding scheduled appointments
  • Process responses to automated text messages
  • Work with old leads database to maximize conversion

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills with clear phone presence
  • MUST HAVE WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level
  • Ability to follow detailed scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software systems
  • Experience in healthcare or medical office environment preferred
