Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Product Expert to lead the implementation and delivery of our Voice AI agents, AI chatbots, and workflow automations. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and build effective AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for product implementation, support, and collaboration with sales to identify upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
Build and configure voice AI agents, chatbots, and custom workflows
Implement automation solutions using platforms like GoHighLevel, Zapier, and APIs
Translate client problems into technical solutions with business context in mind
Collaborate with the sales team to identify product enhancement and upsell opportunities
Act as technical lead in onboarding and post-sale delivery
Troubleshoot product issues and support client success
Ensure delivery within agreed timelines and provide regular progress updates
Requirements
Proven experience building AI/automation-based solutions (chatbots, voice AI, integrations)
Solid understanding of platforms like GoHighLevel, Twilio, Zapier, and other automation tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage client relationships and technical delivery simultaneously
Team player with a builder’s mindset and problem-solving attitude
Experience with APIs, prompt engineering, and system integrations is a plus
