Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday, 2:30pm to 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time (Covina, CA)

Scope:

Remote work position

Performance-based bonus structure

Utilization of client-provided calling software and CRM

Direct reporting to real estate team leadership

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided database

Follow prescribed cold calling scripts and procedures

Track and document call outcomes and lead status

Generate and qualify potential leads for the real estate team

Meet daily calling targets and performance metrics

Requirements
