Job description

• CRM Management & Data Entry (Mission-Critical)
• Accurately input customer details, product specifications, and installation requirements into Zoho CRM
• Maintain error-free, real-time records to ensure smooth coordination with installation teams
• Sales Processing & Documentation
• Attach all necessary post-sale documentation (contracts, compliance files, internal notes) to CRM records
• Verify critical checklist items (finance approval, site specs, signed agreements) within 48 hours of each sale
• Solar System Design Support
• Create basic system designs using Open Solar with template product codes
• Review and align designs with customer budgets, energy goals, and technical feasibility
• Sales Tracking & Financial Reporting
• Log and categorize all sales into master spreadsheets (by project type, lead source, etc.)
• Optimize Notion CRM data views to evaluate lead ROI and generate clear KPI metrics for sales reps and teams
• Email & Inbox Management
• Respond to inbound inquiries using pre-written templates and tone guidelines
• Or​ganize the sales inbox, escalate high-priority messages, and maintain communication flow• Sales Performance Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze sales KPIs using AI tools and Excel formulas to track rep efficiency and lead source quality
• Provide recommendations for optimizing lead flow and improving team conversions
• Notion CRM Development & Optimization
• Continuously enhance Notion CRM dashboards to visualize key performance data (charts, leaderboards, etc.)
• Integrate Notion with spreadsheets and AI trackers for automated insights and real-time tracking
