Position Title: Financial Advisor Virtual Assistant
Work Set-up: Work from Office/Work from Home
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 30:000 – Php 40,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A FINANCIAL ADVISOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as a Financial Advisor Virtual Assistant would be:

• Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors
• Prepare and maintain financial documents and client files
• Conduct data entry and system updates using XPLAN software
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for advisors
• Liaise with clients to collect required documentation and information
• Generate reports, statements, and summaries for financial reviews
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Assist with client onboarding and follow-up procedures
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally
