Join a fast-growing social-commerce startup that’s changing the world for small creators! We’re hiring for a Tel Aviv-based startup that’s building the first-ever social-commerce platform for the Handmade, Crafts, and DIY communities, and they’re growing fast!

What makes you a great fit

• 3+ years of experience in Web Development, specializing in React and TypeScript.
• A team player with strong collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
• Diligent and thorough, able to meet targets (regardless of the circumstances) and work under intense and demanding schedules.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive, driven attitude.
• Capable of integrating into a startup environment with all that it entails – handling daily tasks and targets. Able to cope with pressure and heavy workload while maintaining a high level of personal responsibility to meet daily targets.
• Level of spoken English: at least an upper-intermediate.
• Bonus: Experience with Next.js framework and its core features (SSR/SSG, routing).

Your day-to-day in this position

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of a high-performance web application from scratch using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of R&D, Product team, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions to ensure maintainability, performance, and scalability of the frontend platform.
• Continuously optimize user experience and frontend performance across browsers and devices.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the codebase by following best practices, performing code reviews, and promoting clean, well-documented code.
• Identify and tackle complex technical challenges to support the rapid growth of the product.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
