Manager, ABM (Account Based Marketing) Activation – REMOTE (U.S)
Pay Range: $90,000.00 -$125,000.00 (State minimum wages apply if higher)

The Manager, ABM (Account Based Marketing) Activation will play a pivotal role in activating key growth and retention strategies in BLS’s most critical accounts. This individual will partner with Sales and Customer Marketing to activate Account Based Marketing plans designed to increase Labcorp’s share of wallet, customer experience, and/or win rate for new molecules. This individual will be a key member of the BLS Global Marketing team and will frequently interface with the Sales team, translating ABM strategies into day-to-day sales activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ABM plan design:
Partner with Customer Marketing and Sales to select top account candidates for ABM focus.
Partner with Sales to understand detailed account trends, gaps and opportunities. Leverage deep account knowledge to define specific and actionable objectives for each account, and support Customer Marketing to define a tactical plan to deliver these objectives.
Key account insights:
Continuously monitor and track trends and insights about BLS’s top accounts. Partner with the Director, Sales Enablement to package and deliver these insights, including actionable recommendations, to the Sales team on a regular cadence.
ABM program execution:
Act as the Marketing account expert and Sales interface for each ABM account. Partner with Customer Marketing on the day-to-day execution of Account Based Marketing plans. Train Sales on tactical plans, facilitate necessary input from Sales, gather account intelligence, and provide other account-specific support as required.
Sales enablement:
Provide general sales enablement support for the top accounts. Identify opportunities to support Sales via new tools, new collateral, or connecting the team to existing Marketing resources. Work cross-functionally to develop and deploy this support to the team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of marketing experience
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution within budget constraints
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
Ability to work independently when appropriate, but also possess the confidence to identify and escalate roadblocks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced Degree in Marketing, Science or Business
Prior experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma industry is preferred
Additional prior experience in a Sales, Inside Sales, or Field Marketing role, or supporting sales/commercial stakeholders
