Responsibilities:

  • Market Bench Consultants: Effectively market bench consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors, ensuring consistent placement.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by connecting with hiring managers and client companies.
  • Consultant Engagement: Maintain relationships with consultants on the bench, understanding their skills, preferences, and career goals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing suitable candidates.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions with clients and consultants to secure placements.
  • Networking: Utilize networking, job boards, social media, and other platforms to generate leads and identify opportunities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, client requirements, and placement processes in the company’s CRM.
  • Follow-up: Provide regular follow-up with clients and consultants to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, placements, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the US IT job market and various IT technologies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
