Sales Experience in Luxury Wellness & Hospitality: Minimum 5.5+ years in sales roles within high-end resorts, wellness retreats, or holistic health businesses, with a proven track record of closing bookings and increasing revenue. Expertise in Holistic Health & Detox Philosophy: Strong understanding of fasting, detoxification, and holistic wellness principles to confidently educate and guide guests through program offerings. CRM & Booking Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Revinate and booking systems such as ResortSuites and Opera, ensuring efficient lead management and reservation coordination. Exceptional Communication & Consultative Sales Skills: Ability to connect with potential guests on a personal level, build trust, and clearly articulate the value of wellness programs through a consultative sales approach. Accent & Communication Clarity: Preference for a candidate with a neutral American English accent and strong English grammar skills to ensure clear, professional, and engaging communication with potential guests. High-Level Customer Service & Relationship Building: Passion for creating meaningful guest experiences, maintaining long-term relationships, and fostering repeat business through follow-ups + personalized care. Target-Driven & Self-Motivated: Strong ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining a guest-first approach.
Core responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads, nurturing potential guests through personalized communication and effectively conveying the benefits of wellness retreats, fasting programs, and holistic health services. Closing & Revenue Growth: Utilize strong closing skills to convert inquiries into bookings, ensuring guests understand the transformative experience offered while aligning sales strategies with revenue goals. CRM & Booking Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and follow-ups using Revinate and ResortSuites (and Opera), ensuring a seamless guest journey from inquiry to check-in. Customized Guest Consultations: Guide potential guests through tailored program recommendations based on their health goals, prior experience with fasting or detox programs, and expectations for their stay. Partnership & Referral Outreach: Develop relationships with wellness professionals, health practitioners, and past guests to drive referrals and expand the retreat’s reach within the holistic health community. Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales approaches, implement promotional offers, and optimize strategies for attracting high-value guests seeking a premium wellness experience.
