5+ years experience in e-commerce, building, maintaining & developing e-commerce shops Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or Magento. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Result driven mindset.

Core responsibilities:

Upload new products, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and prices; monitor inventory levels. Process orders promptly, coordinate fulfillment, and handle customer inquiries about orders. Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and assist with product selection. Support marketing campaigns, create social media posts, and analyze website traffic and sales. Perform administrative tasks, generate reports, and coordinate with vendors or suppliers. Build, maintain & develop e-commerce platforms and shops.
