Remote Talent Resourcer (Hospitality Sector)

Remotely based in SA (UK Company)

Package: R15 000/month + Medical Aid & Pension Allowance + Additional Holidays + Personal Growth Fund for Development

What do you do all day?

Master of talent

1.Be a UK Industry Expert.

  • Understand UK hospitality employers, operator types and role types.
  • Be proactive in sourcing industry news, podcasts and papers.
  • Be hospitality obsessed.

2. Be a Talent Magnet.

  • Continuously seek new ways to attract and find great talent.
  • Always be growing your connections and developing relationships.
  • Use your network to seek referrals and new ideas.
  • Co-create innovative search strategies for all job briefs.
  • Masterful, selfless outreach to ensure a high response rate.

3.Identify and engage high performers.

  • Engaging with candidates who are keen to hear about new opportunities.
  • Gain deep understanding of what great CVs and achievements looks like.
  • Expertly screen & interview candidates to decipher motivators and experience level.
  • Creating meaningful long-term relationships with your network.
  • Ensure all actions are recorded on Bullhorn.

4. Aftercare

  • Ensuring the smooth onboarding of candidates with a robust check-in process.

Business Development

1.Research

  • Understanding the business types and reputation in the industry.
  • Understanding the pros and cons of working for this business type.
  • Investigating their employer brand via website/ads/Glassdoor.

2. Market Opportunities

  • Identifying nuggets - opportunities with existing and new clients to pass on to the BD team.
  • Engaging superstar candidates (GOATS) to pass to team
