Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management and Execution:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee web projects to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate and align with vendor project managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges, and identifying risks with actionable mitigation plans.
  • Assist with change management initiatives to support project adoption and long-term success.

 

Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Client and external vendors, ensuring vendor accountability and deliverable quality.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between Marketing, IT, and other Client departments to meet project goals and requirements.
  • Lead and participate in weekly meetings to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities.
  • Lead launch and testing plans for releases.

 

Communication and Change Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholder review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of the new web platforms.

 

Web and Technical Expertise:

  • Leverage knowledge of web development processes, CMS platforms, and front-end technologies to contribute to project discussions and problem-solving.
  • Ensure alignment with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and usability best practices.
  • Provide hands-on support for web-related tasks as needed, including troubleshooting and quality assurance
