RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management and Execution:

Plan, organize, and oversee web projects to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Coordinate and align with vendor project managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges, and identifying risks with actionable mitigation plans.
Assist with change management initiatives to support project adoption and long-term success.

Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact between Client and external vendors, ensuring vendor accountability and deliverable quality.
Facilitate communication and alignment between Marketing, IT, and other Client departments to meet project goals and requirements.
Lead and participate in weekly meetings to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities.
Lead launch and testing plans for releases.

Communication and Change Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive project communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholder review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of the new web platforms.

Web and Technical Expertise:

Leverage knowledge of web development processes, CMS platforms, and front-end technologies to contribute to project discussions and problem-solving.
Ensure alignment with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and usability best practices.
Provide hands-on support for web-related tasks as needed, including troubleshooting and quality assurance
