Bewerbungsprozess

Kennenlernen: In einem 20-minütigen Austausch mit einem unserer Talent Acquisition Specialists schauen wir gemeinsam auf die gegenseitigen Erwartungen. Im Nachgang prüfen wir intern die verfügbaren Stellen.
Erstes Interview: Anschließend wirst Du unsere Führungskraft aus dem entsprechenden Bereich kennenlernen und tiefer in fachliche Themen und in die Rolle eintauchen.
Zweites Interview: Wenn alles passt, folgt darauf in der Regel ein Zweitgespräch - auch gerne vor Ort

Im Anschluss erfolgt eine finale Entscheidung.
